FAQS
You are assigned an instructor and an airplane for up to 8 hours each day for 14 days. You will typically fly 4-5 hours each day and spend the rest of the time studying for the oral portion of the check ride, one-on-one with your instructor.

Our techniques are proven to work, and you’ll be scheduled for our FAA check ride in 14 to 21 days (sometimes even less). Our team has a high success rate of on-time completion in our accelerated program when the student is prepared, capable, and ready for the accelerated form of learning.

The Program is specially designed to prepare you for an individualized and accelerated way of learning.

  • Dual Flight Instruction – 40 hours in total
  • Solo flights – 10 hours total
  • One-on-one private pilot ground school
  • Stage and Progress Checks
  • Oral and practical exam study guides
  • Sectional charts for local training areas
  • Chart Supplements Guide / Airport Facilities Directory
The Accelerated Private Pilot License Program does not include:
  • Lodging (we can help accommodate).
  • Transportation (we can help arrange this).
  • Meals.
  • TSA Fees (if applicable).
  • FAA Examiner Fee.

Our training schedule is flexible. The 4 hours per day is a baseline we try to reach every day to reach the goal as soon as possible.

During the accelerated training program, you are assigned an instructor on campus for up to 8 hours per day for 14 days. There is plenty of time for pre- and post-flight briefings, cross country planning, and all aspects of studying for the oral portion of the check-ride.
You can get this Instrument Rating in just 10 days of hard work (Dual Flight Instruction – 40 Hrs Total). You can fly your aircraft or choose one from our fleet.

By obtaining an instrument rating, you will be able to control your aircraft and navigate to your destination by simply consulting your flight instruments. This opens up many more opportunities to travel without some weather limitations or having to cancel flights due to low ceilings or poor visibility.
You are assigned an instructor and an airplane for 10 days (6 hours each day) to learn real-world instrument flying in a one-on-one experience, and you will gain absolute confidence working in the IFR system.

The training requires full attention and dedication to the job, but you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve learned when you’re done. This training will also provide you with techniques that simplify otherwise complex procedures, such as procedural turns, holding pattern entries, and many others.
The Accelerated Instrument Rating Program does not include:

  • Transportation (we can help arrange this).
  • Meals, TSA Fees (if applicable).

The Accelerated Commercial Pilot License Program is designed to take an FAA instrument-rated private pilot license holder to an FAA-certificated commercial pilot. Depending on your logged flight time, you could achieve your commercial pilot license in as little as 5 days with up to 15 Hours of Flight Instruction.

The Certified Flight Instructor Rating (CFI) helps you learn how to take all your knowledge and teach it effectively to others through Complex Aircraft Training (15 hrs.), Ground Training (40 hrs.), and Pre- and Post-Flight Briefings (10 hrs.).

The job of a CFI is considered a stepping stone to more lucrative positions, but some stay on as teachers and enjoy the satisfaction of helping others. If specific standards are met, CFIs are eligible for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) “Gold Seal of Approval,” which identifies them as superior teachers.

At Diversifly, we are honest and straightforward from the first day of contact until you become a certified pilot. We are an accelerated flat rate school with no hidden costs. Let’s look at some of the most critical factors:

  • We assign you an instructor seven days a week and up to 8 hours per day. Remember that this is an accelerated program, so you should make the most of your time.
  • About equipment, we have 3 PA28-180 CHEROKEES available to which you have priority access, so you will never miss a lesson because of maintenance issues.
  • We train 4-5 hours daily early in the morning and try to finish by 1 pm to make the best use of the time and have better temps and better weather.
Everyone learns at a different pace and method. Our accelerated programs are designed for people who learn in an accelerated manner in a total immersion environment.

In addition, flying airplanes involves routines and memorization of protocols to develop the skills necessary to achieve ACS Standards . Then, practice will unlock other skills. We try to fly 4-5 hours daily, and the other time is spent preparing for the oral exam.
We meet the standards set by the FAA. In fact, the military offers accelerated flight programs. Also, endorsement and check ride scheduling is only given when all aspects of the ACS can be performed to standards.

Our endorsements are not based on time but on achieving objectives under FAA airman certification standards. Daily feedback is given to the student on their progress toward the final goals.

In any case, much of the learning will depend on the student’s ability to absorb knowledge in an immersive environment and their previous experience.
At Diversifly, we train excellent pilots ready to take on the challenge of accelerated certification, pass their exams and safely navigate our air systems. For our part, we offer quality service, available aircraft and qualified instructor with over 7600 hours of dual training provided.

Of course, as with any rating, a large part also depends on the learning ability, prior preparation, skill, willingness and interest of the student. Total immersion encourages learning to settle in and avoids the delays in training that are common when training once a week.
Prices are flat fees tailored to your current flight experience. After a short conversation, we can provide a quote based on how long it will take you to achieve obtaining your license. There are no hidden costs and we will share all prices and costs for your entire experience.
At Diversifly we apply an accelerated training that works in a theoretical-practical way and that if followed correctly, in 2 weeks you will be ready to be a pilot. In this way, our academic program allows us to take advantage of the time as much as possible so that you have a quality preparation in a short time.

You will have 4 hours of flight training per day, in 2 sessions of 2 hours each day at the Orlando Executive Airport or at the Kissimmee Executive Airport. In addition, you will have 2 hours of ground school classes, completing 60 hours in these 2+ weeks.

At the end of the classes, you will take a final oral and practical exam (your flight instructor must be confident that you are prepared to pass the exam).

After passing the exam, you will automatically get a temporary private license while you receive your hard card in the mail.

The last oral and practical exam is the check ride. After passing the knowledge test, oral and practical exam, you are a pilot.
